We have different machines like CNC milling, turning, cutting, and routing machines that help us make products just the way you need.

Valves are made of important parts like valve seats, seals, washers, and gaskets. PTFE is a special material used in valves because it doesn't wear out easily and doesn't rust.

Virgin PTFE is really good at keeping electricity away and withstanding high temperatures. Teflon (PTFE) can be used in many things because it is strong against chemicals, electricity, heat, and friction. PTFE has a very high melting point and can work in temperatures up to 500°F (260°C). It doesn't react with most chemicals, so it is very safe. PTFE is not as strong as other materials, but it works well in very cold or hot places, from -400°F (-240°C) to 500°F (260°C). We can make it stronger by adding things like glass, carbon, graphite, or bronze. PTFE also works well as an insulator and reduces friction.

Here’s a quick look at the properties of PTFE and its different types:

  • Density (how heavy it is): PTFE is about 2.13, but if we add glass, carbon, or other things, it can change.
  • Water Absorption (how much water it takes in): It doesn't absorb water much, except the bronze-filled one.
  • Strength (how tough it is): PTFE is strong, but adding things like carbon or graphite can make it stronger.
  • Stretching (how much it can stretch before breaking): PTFE can stretch a lot before breaking, up to 400%.
  • Friction (how slippery it is): PTFE is very slippery and reduces wear and tear.
  • Temperature: It works in a very wide range of temperatures, from really cold to really hot.
  • Flammability: It doesn’t catch fire easily (V-O rating).
  • Applications: PTFE is used in things like gaskets, valve seats, bearings, and seals, depending on what you need it for.
